Who we are
Digital Links is a digital marketing agency registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with offices at Al Falah Tower, Office 101, Al Falah Street. You can reach us at info@digitallinks.ae.
What we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, company and website when you submit an enquiry or proposal request.
- Information collected automatically — pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, collected through analytics cookies.
- Client account data — where you engage us, the access you grant to your advertising, analytics and search console accounts for the purpose of delivering the service.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver proposals, provide the services you engage us for, and to improve this website. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except the processors we need to run the business — such as our email, analytics and CRM providers.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the site work and analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to any part of the site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by UAE commercial record-keeping rules.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@digitallinks.ae and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is held on access-controlled systems with encryption in transit. Access to client advertising and analytics accounts is limited to the team members working on that account and revoked when an engagement ends.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
